How to Use Pure Royal Jelly

• The pure form of Royal Jelly must be stored in the deep freezer or in the freezer section of the refrigerator. Otherwise, the Royal Jelly will deteriorate.
• It is sufficient for an adult person to take 2-3 grams of royal jelly daily.
• Pure Royal Jelly should not be exposed to sunlight. Therefore, the aluminum foil that the Royal Jelly is wrapped in should not be opened.
